Guest guest
I love those jars, too! But doubt I'd want larger than that for brewing, the 2.25 gal is heavy for me to lift from their low cupboard. Only suitable place in my kitchen right now for them to brew. Think larger would be too much of a challenge to lift. However, I'd be happy to use a larger one as a " nursery " for SCOBY's Blessings! Ann ************************************ Yes, I'm using the 2.25 gal Anchor-Hocking glass cookie jar, with straight sides. I believe that's what you are describing. The brew itself winds up being about 10 " diameter by 10 " deep. I LOVE these jars. Are you saying that this model jar comes in an even larger size? If so, that would be well worth looking for. --V ClearPurpose www.AnnDuncan.com www.AlternativeGourmetCandles.com PO Box 2222 Clovis CA 93613 USA
