Guest guest
Been working on my ph for a year now. Can't say kt helped (but it didn't hurt) but I now take nano-cal and it is going up. My ph is up and down and when I eat out, grains, sugar or junk it plummets. I drink kefir, kt, ionized water with high ph and I was still struggeling. Hoping the nano cal keeps it level. KT doesn't hurt though but sometimes it takes a concerted effort to get it where it is suppose to be. Allyn ------------------------------------ PRIORITY INVESTMENTS N' KOLLATERAL,INC. I am wondering how long it takes to feel the health benefits. I have an autoimmune disorder and my ph is acidic. Has anyone had experience with ph balance and if and when the KT should effect that? Guest guest
Allyn, Thanks for the information! Is the nano-cal a calcium supplement? geo Quoting ALLYN FERRIS : > Been working on my ph for a year now. Can't say kt helped (but it > didn't > hurt) but I now take nano-cal and it is going up. Guest guest
Yes, it is a powder you mix with water. I started with Quantum Legend Coral Calcium and their aloe vera because the aloe helps in it's uptake but then I found nano cal which is a purer form and you take much less. I bought mine from Cocoon Nutrition. I just started on the nano-cal two days ago but the Legends Coral Calcium worked great. I did take a teaspoon twice a day but boy my ph went UP. They say it takes a couple weeks to flood your system and to maintain it then you can drop the dose. With nano-cal they do not recommend taking a higher dose so I am following their directions on that. My ph is up but not as much but I think if I continue it will continue to go up and hopefully stay there on a maintenance dose. I also take it with the aloe. The nano is cheaper than the Legends but I think if you compared doses it may be equal, but I am trying the nano because it is more pure. I have tried a lot of things and this is really working. Guest guest
Hi, I have an autoimmune disorder, though I haven't been tracking my pH. I will say that I started feeling better within hours if not minutes of drinking KT. I have had more energy and a better sense of well being, and much better digestion. It has made a big difference for me. > > I am new to KT. I am wondering how long it takes to feel the health benefits. > I have an autoimmune disorder and my ph is acidic. Guest guest
For me it took a little longer - more like 3 or 4 days of drinking it regularly in the mornings. But then again, I was rather unhealthy when I started drinking it. -Lana > > Hi, > > I have an autoimmune disorder, though I haven't been tracking my pH. Guest guest
Health Food stores sell the ph test paper. You can also find it online at wildernessfamilynaturals.com with lots of information on ph levels. My prayers go out to your son for healing. My son also has the same autoimmune disorder I have and it is hard to watch your child suffer so I know your pain as well...geo Quoting Rita : > Hi sorry I can't answer , but I would love to know how you find what > your ph is? what do you buy to do this ? thanks, my son has an > autoimmune disorder as well--- Rita > health benefits > > I am new to KT.
