Restraint wait til you hear this

Soo...I get an envelope from Klein in the mail today postmarked 9\11. In it are "discipline notices" and Restraint notices dating back from 8\30. He's been restrained oh,, 4-5 times since 8\30 and this is the first I've heard of it. Also, the fabled "restraint on the school bus that required a restraint jacket because he put his head down behind the seat" wasn't in the packet.

Anyone know what the remedies\damages are when a school district pulls *that* particular stunt other than "bad District?"

And seriously...haven't we got enough to deal with these days with the TD?
