Now I have first, on this particular brew, the scoby is on it's 7th day, and it is really thin, almost see through. It seems like it wants to form into a thicker scoby, because there are some patchy white development on the top. I havent had this before, wonder what happened, I haven't tasted it, should I let it set a few more days until it thickens, or do I depend the taste first.
