There's a great book that I'm sure a few of you have read called The

Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle - - Explains how to focus on the

present and not the past or future translates to sex and other parts of

Yes, I have his new book as well, "New Earth...". He has some interesting things to say about the Ego and how it relates to Western culture. I guess his overall perspective is kind of Budhist. Interesting. No, I didn't go totally New Age, but at the very least it helps you deal with all this crap.
