Guest guest
32 hrs 30,000-35,000 >>> paula_summa@... 09/27/00 10:14AM >>> Hi all- We are trying to " upgrade " our TFC position and I am interested in finding out the approx base salary of the Transplant Financial Coordinators in other programs. No exact numbers, of course, but if you could let me know the " range " , it would be greatly appreciated. (i.e. $20K-$25K, $26K-$30K, etc.) This info will be kept confidential. - did the results of the survey you took a few years ago indicate the average salary? If so, please let me know. (I seem to have misplaced my copy of that UNOS update!) I am aware that each position holds different responsibilies, and several TFCs are not " housed " in the transplant program, that they are located in the Billing or Registration areas. I am interested in those of you who are located within the offices of the tranplant program. Thanks!!!! a

Guest guest
Good question... thanks- Actually the position is currently hourly. I am also interested in a brief job description- I know the job of TFC is quite diverse, and many of us do things that others do not, but if you can, a list of tasks (without going into great detail) would also help. Again, I thank those of you who have responded.... a -- In TxFinancialCoordinatorsegroups, " Gensel, Bernadine " <Genselb@M...> wrote: > Just for clarification. Guest guest
- did the results of the survey you took a few years agoindicatethe average salary? If so, please let me know. (I seem to havemisplaced my copy of that UNOS update!)[(Aguiar, )] It wasn't in the Update, just the handout from the conference. For anyone who's interested, right now the current plan calls for this data to be represented in SLC during pre-conference, along w/the revised by-law re: the TFC position which went into effect after the 6/99 Board mtg. In the meantime, I'll fax you that particular slide, a. Let me know if you need anything else & good luck!! J.
