Good Morning Everyone: I haven't written to let you know how I am doing with trying to eat healthy AND CHEAP. To be truthful, I haven't really started it yet. I have been researching and checking healthy recipes and stuff. But I haven't done the hard part of trying to shop and keep the price to a minimum. I decided to allow myself $25.00 per week and see what I can do with that.

My great nephew has been here for 3 weeks and I haven't concentrated on this yet. He will be going back to Chicagoland on Monday. He is 13 years old and unfortunately from a broken home. His father, my nephew, lives here with us and his mother lives up by Chicago.

I have to run and start getting ready for Sunday School and church.

A meaningful life requires hard work

Part of being a good leader and good example is holding people accountable to their promises. To reach your goals, you need to be a strong leader of yourself. That means making sure you live up to the promises you made to yourself and to others. Your goals are important to you. They'll also require some work. If you could put one person in charge of your most personal, most precious goals, would you hire someone who looks for the easy way out or just talks a good game? Or would you entrust them to the person who willingly takes action and does whatever is needed to make it happen? You can handle the job. Prove yourself trustworthy by showing up every day with your sleeves rolled up.
