Buttermilk and Cream Cheese...

Boy, it seems the more I get into this, the more questions I have!

Thanks, everyone, for your patience and answers.

Regarding buttermilk: It's a couple weeks old and has separated in

the fridge--it doesn't smell like it did at first. Is there a use for

it? Otherwise, I'll throw away. I don't want to throw out if I can

make something with it!

Regarding cream cheese--mine has been in the fridge a couple weeks,

and I won't be able to use it soon. Can it be frozen? If not, and it

sours, should I discard?

Thanks again for your help!

Cheryl
