S.A. DE C.V. = SOCIEDAD ANONIMA DE CAPITAL VARIABLE

Means that is anonymous society(stock holders) of variable capital,

but when you register the company you must write in a book the ---

names of the partners which open or create the company.

Yes, and you can add a footnote, if you like: the S.A. de C.V. is

an " open-end stock coporation " .

And in English, this Mexican structure is usu. called an open-stock or

variable-capital corporation. Companies often change status from a

fixed-capital corporation to a variable-capital corporation, and vice

versa.
