Thanks , for that great thread on making sourdough bread--I

have never make it before and was nervous, so I bought a starter from

my local health food store to practice. I used 's recipe and

tips, and Young's input, and the instructions with the sour

dough, and somehow it all turned out well and tasted wonderful. It

didn't taste sour, and I wouldn't have guessed it was sour

dough--delicious!
