Thanks for the previous leads and assistance in obtaining it. Sorry I didn't measure things as I went. These are guesses as to how much of each I used... 2-1/2 c yogurt 1-1/2 c fromage blanc cheese (from new england cheesemaking culture) 1/4 c maple syrup 2-1/2 tsp gelatin 10 drops of stevia I sprinkled the gelatin in the maple syrup and a couple spoonfuls of yogurt and warmed slightly to dissolve it. Then I added it to the rest of the yogurt and cheese and blended it with a hand blender. Added stevia to sweeten and chilled it for dessert. Right before serving I placed some strawberries on top.
