Guest guest
Thanks , We actually got the fence back up ourselves, once the trees were removed. All of these wonderful people from all over the country have been coming to help clear away private property, and help rebuild. A boy scout troop from Tennessee came one Saturday and cut up and stacked all the downed trees on our property. We had gotten an estimate for having it done ourselves, and the estimate was $4,000. Not only did we have a clear property, but we had wood for our fireplace for the whole winter, thanks to these wonderful teenagers. The fence is chain link, and my daughter and I were able to then repair it ourselves with just a little professional help in setting new posts where old ones were broken or badly bent. - W Re: Re: Texas ranches : Natural disasters are terrifying, really....all that incontrolable strengh put together against us!!! Here where I live there was only some hard (or strong?)southern winds, nothing serious ever..... I`m sorry about your fence but I'm very very happy for your dogs and horses (who cares about cats? hehehe!). Saludos!!
