Sorry you had such a rotten experience with Theodur- it isn't

supposed to be that way! Perhaps you were on too high a dose... (if

you think that was bad, don't ever EVER take terbutaline/brethine) I

have no problem with theophylline, but have not been able to tolerate

either accolate or singulaire. You might wish to give those a try

though, most people do well with them.

Advair is a combination of salmeterol (a long-acting bronchodilator)

and fluticasone (steroid) and shouldn't make you hyper at all.
