Guest guest
Ah, yeah, ten leads, if a " lead " is a wire (is it?)... it's the four limbs of course -- four wires make the six " limb leads " because Lead I, II, III are averages, not exact wire leads. So, I wonder, is the misnomer that a " 12 lead " EKG only uses 10 wires (leads) OR is it that our four limbs make six limb leads??? ;-) .... lots of posts today, my Jets are getting womped by Atlanta, I'm thinking of EKG misnomers... must be time to sleep. Thanks folks for a lot of interesting thoughts on the posts. I'm still learning something every day here. Tim > btw, a twelve lead EKG is done with ten leads nowadays. count 'em.
