2006 Membership Forms Reminder

Hi everyone,

As a reminder, it is VERY important that a completed 2006 Enrollment form come w/your dues payment in order to properly process & credit the payment as being for you. I know hospital AP depts are quirky, to say the least, but the please remember to notate your check request to include a copy of the membership form w/check when it's sent. Pam has 4 orphan checks she's dealing w/right now & hasn't had much luck getting the AP depts in question to call her back & provide source documentation so she can figure out who these checks are for.
