2006 Membership Certificates & CDs

Morning everyone,

As a reminder, the 2006 TFCA Membership certificates will be distributed, along w/the 4th Edition Resource Guide CDs, @ the upcoming UNOS Tx Mgmt Forum in San Francisco at the end of the month. If you have paid your dues, & rec'd a confirmation e-mail from me of our receipt of those dues, please be sure to stop by the TFCA booth in the exhibit hall to pick up your certificate & CD. If you will not be attending the mtg, & haven't done so already, please e-mail me privately @ LAguiar@... w/your home address so that we can mail yours to you after the mtg. If you have paid your dues but have NOT rec'd an e-mail from me confirming our receipt of your dues, please check either w/your bank of hospital AP dept to see if the check was ever cashed (one long-time member discovered yesterday that though the AP dept mailed the check back in Nov, it's never been cashed because we never rec'd it) & then contact me directly @ LAguiar@....
