With the sourdough bread in the dutch oven, can you let it rise in a warm oven instead of in the dehydrator? I don't have a dehydrator, nor can I afford the space or money for one at this point. Also, would you mind sharing what the diameter of your dutch oven is? I have seen them in all sizes and wouldn't know what size to get. Thanks in advance.
