Guest guest Posted February 2, 2001 Report Share Posted February 2, 2001 Hello Everyone: I have a question. ( Again) )) I see some oils are not good for frying. Is Olive oil one of those oils. Is Avocado oil good for you? Which oils are good for frying besides animal fats. I don't have alot of animal fat around since I don't eat much meat. I eat more fish than read meat. But I did eat some lamb last week. Also can someone tell me if my rice is going to be mushy from now on. Before I started soaking my brown rice it was always nice and firm and seperated, but now it comes out mushy. Is this the way it should be?
