loading BioExplorer & pendant

Hi all,

I’ve got a new laptop computer, so have loaded BioExplorer onto it and put my existing dongle in the USB

port. The program won’t open up at all on the new computer.

I’ve also tried to load the pendant USB driver, but

when I get to the part of the wizard where you tell it to get the appropriate

file from where you’ve stored it on the desktop, it won’t

acknowledge that the file even exists. It only offers a choice of My Documents

and My Computer and maybe one other icon, but doesn’t recognize all the

other files or folders on the desktop.

What am I missing here?

I’m hanging to use this new computer … 80 GB

hard drive and 1024 MB of memory + a built-in web cam and voice recorder and

DVD burner. So cool! I want to be able to play those DVDs with BioEx, which I never could before.
