Hello all you weary financial coordinators :) I just got off the phone with a SWS at a dialysis center that insists that we should NOT be billing Medicare B at all for the immunos that we should go straight Part D. I wanted all your ideas on this, she is insisting she has a patient transplanted at another facility that is doing this and has been able to get all his meds no problem ! The discussion mostly is in reference to the dual eligibles------what's your take on this ? I'm going to call our pharmacy to see what they think.
