My apologies if you receive this more than once.

I found out what to do about Yahoo Group's new " spam guard " program which is

disrupting the posts

on several lists of which I am a member.

The " spam-guard " program will intercept messages and mark those it doesn't like

as " spam " . I have

turned that feature off for any of the lists I either own or moderate.

As a list owner [especially where lists which allow attachments and such are

concerned], if you

don't want yahoo to pick and choose which messages make it to your lists do the

following...

1. Go to Your groups home page, select Management

2. On the management page select : Group Settings

3. Under Description and Appearance select Messages

4. On the Posting and Archives line select edit.

Your list will probably show SpamGuard Column as on.

If it says off then you don't have to worry about it. :-)

5. Then select Posting Options

6. On line 3, Moderators, last column, click Off.

7. Click button to Save Changes and it's all over.

Please feel free to share this advice with others.
