Guest guest
Hi Regina,I'm wondering what the assessment showed regarding slow-wave activity. With many kids, I've seen improvement in behavior and focus when we trained slow waves down in the front in combination with SMR training.I've done combinations of all sorts of things depending on the child and assessment: f3 ws, f3 2-10 down, f3 & fz 2-10 down, f3 & c3 ws, f3 & fpz ws. At C4, I've done SMR up with theta and hibeta down or SMR percentage up. Sometimes, I do SMR training on two channels at C4 and CZ. And, of course, there's always the Van Largo design. With just about every one of these kids, I've also done things to increase alpha in the back. For some of them, that in combination with the frontal training worked great.
