A new website about the BULLWORKER

Hi all,

its good to see the involvement of the bullworker club

members in sharing views and information.

Ok guys, i would like to have your opinion on a new Bullworker site

that i have been developing lately. I had a bit of free time and

thought that i might aswell use my computer knowledge and make an

informational website about the bullworker that would help to change

the views of some ppl out there who underestimate the bull .

The best feature of the wesbite would be the TESTIMONIALS section.

Were everyone who has benefited from using the bullworker can post

their experiences for others to read. The major topics that i have

thought of working on are as follows:

1. The Bullworker: this would include history and various bullworker

models available.

2. Training: This section will outline the bullworker training

methodology of isometric and isotonic contractions and other related

bullworker training information.

3. Articles: This section would hold articles on strength training,

fat loss based around the isometric and isotonics. I am hoping that

we can find some good articles on thses as seen from various posts

in this group.
