Contributing to the cause, awareness, ect...

I just wanted to say how thankful I am for all of the fellow moms and families

out there that have been supportive as well as informative. I believe as we all

come together we really can make a difference. I feel like since knowing my

daughter's diagnosis and complications I possibly have found my calling in life,

other than of course being a mother. =)

I have always been into web designing, as well as writing. I am no author by any

means but I enjoy researching, analyzing, and writing. So I have made it my

mission to try and put my skills to use for this cause combined with my love and

determination for my daughter and others in similar situations. What am I

getting at? I have been working on putting together a website for this cause

since I have found there are not that many out there, and most of them don't

seem to be updated much or the information and resources are scatter throughout

many places. I want to build not just a website, but a community, support group,

resources, everything. A place others can find all of this helpful information

in one place. Such as, medical information on these conditions, where to find

support, resources, financial help, charities, and so much more. I know it is

hard to explain but I have a vision. LOL. In doing so I would like for all of

you to be included in helping as much as you want, any information you would

like to share our your stories, ANYTHING. I would like to pull all of this and

put it together in one place to help all of those other families making their

search for information and help a little easier. If you have anything you would

like to share, or would like to help be a part of this please contact me.

I am not saying I want to make a new place other than this group or the other

organizations out there, just one to combine and come together with all of you

doing great things and do what I can to help the cause as well as raising

awareness ect.
