Guest guest
The lumps under your skin sound like they may be erythema nodosum. Are they red when they first start out? I had those at the onset of the RA but haven't had them since getting treatment. They haven't come back, but I wonder if they will now before I'm able to get Remicade started. There is a _www.erythema_nodosum_groups@..._ (http://www.erythema_nodosum_groups) . They've got some great pictures of it at their site and you could tell right away if that's what you've got from looking at it. It's not common for people with just RA to get it but people with Crohn's more often do. I seem to have a mild case of Crohn's along with the RA also. Whatever treatment helps the RA also seems to help the Crohn's symptoms. I think it's very scary that these treatments only seem to work for a while and then begin to lose their effectiveness. Sure hope your latest one works for a good long while! lie
