Any suggestions---stuck on the scale weight for two months

M1. 8 oz. of egg beaters—cantaloupe—flax oil, fish oil cap.

M2. 2 scoops of protein powder--- jersey peach

M3. 6 oz. of albacore tuna, 1 ½ brocc. Florets, 1 jersey peach, one cap

of fish oil

M4. 2 scoops of protein powder—peach

M5 2pcs of tilapia, 1 ½ brocc florets, fish oil cap.

M6- cup of cottage cheese sprinkled with a few cashews and a piece of

melon.

The peaches are still in season they are the best. Only a few more weeks

and they are gone.

PS. I was thinking of mixing in egg protein powder—any thoughts?
