Darcy, I'm so excited that you will be going to workout with . I had never worked out at a gym before until the WMTC grand opening either. I had never even done tae-bo with anyone else (unless you count the dog jumping on my leg when I'm kicking). Elena gave me a good tip before I went to WMTC to check out my shorts in the mirror when I kick to see if my underwear showed. I thought the front kicks were going to be a problem, but it was the roundhouse/side kicks that were. I had to wear spandex shorts for nothing to show. I am glad that I went with the shorts instead of long pants since put us through a very tough workout. Even with the shorts, I was surprised that I didn't spontaneously combust from the heat.
