Sorry this happened to you, . On the bright side, a lot of people seem

to care about you (maybe too much, though). Please do upload your pictures.

I'd love to see them.

, some will say things like that because they are jealous and others out

of real concern. You have to remember that. You may find it irritating and

rude, but some of those people must mean well. If you want an honest and

unbiased opinion, and not afraid to get it, upload those new pics. I always

shoot straight from the hip, so if you do it, be prepared for the truth. :o)

I swear!). I've been having a frustrating time this past week. THREE people

have all told me I am too skinny.

First, it was some old friends who I havn't seen in awhile. They said I

looked anorexic. Then, my area manager came to work and gave me his lecture

which I hear every time I see him! He told me I needed to do less Tae Bo,

because I should lift more weights, and that I should eat at least 3000

calories a day. Yeah WHATEVER!! And then last night, I sent a new picture

that I had judt taken with my digital camera to some friends, and one of them

told me I need to eat more and stop exercising because I am way too skinny.

hmmpf.

I am sorry . I know it's annoying, but instead of thinking of it as

criticism, try to look at it as concern. I am sure no one is wanting to hurt

your feelings, they just might be worried about your weight loss. It is nice

that you have people in your life that care that much. Anyway, if you are

comfortable with your body, that is all that matters!

How much have you lost since we last seen you? ( you looked good then!) I'm

not going to tell you that you are too skinny, just right or anything because

you are not here in front of me. Its probable that they are just shocked at

the difference from where you were then to where you are now. Dad #2 is

convinced I am too skinny and I KNOW that's not true..lol. It might not be a

bad idea to consult with a personal trainer to make sure that you are at your

ideal weight.

Weight training isn't a bad idea IMO. It will help your performance in Taebo.

But don't do it for your friends, do it because you want to. And you may not

need as much as 3000 calories, but do make sure you are getting enough. I

wouldn't want to have to sick on you lol.

Hope to hear from you more often!

I often wonder why it is so hard for people to give each other compliments

and be supportive. If you are making changes that make YOU happy, then they

should be happy for you. It's a concept many people struggle with

unfortunately.

The people who tell you that you are too skinny are

just rude and/or jealous. Take what they say with a

grain of salt and consider the source.

sheesh , I wish I had your problem! lolol. I want to be told I'm

too skinny (just joking). At any rate... I totally feel for you,

that's crappy to have to hear that.

BUT you know what says, " You've got to believe in yourself " .

That's all that matters!

,

I'd love to see some recent pictures of you :) I can't imagine you

much thinner than you were when we last saw you....how much have you

lost since then? I'm sure the people who have made comments are just

concerned (but it's annoying since you are taking care of yourself

and don't need that kind of criticism)! You know that you are healthy

and exercising in moderation...so try not to let their comments get

to you :)

I saw that on your site and it just made me go

grrrrrrr too. BTW, when did they become the experts

on YOUR body and know what's best for YOU?!?!?! Yes,

some people abuse their bodies and don't know when to

quit. But they should know you better than that. I

don't know how long they've known you, but I've only

known you over the last 2 years and I know that you're

smart enough to know when enough is enough. I also

wouldn't be surprised to find out that you're at the

top or maybe in the middle of the height/weight charts

(depending on which one you happen to be looking at

that day) for your body type or not even anywhere near

it and are looking like you weigh closer to the bottom

or lower than that.

I know that's how I am. Although I'm around 15-20

pounds heavier than what the " top " weight is for my

height my body looks like it's right in range.

I understand about the e-mail, no problemo, I'll wait

patiently :o)!!!! *promise* My hotmail was acting

weird the last few weeks and was hoping if you did

respond that it wasn't lost :o)!!!!!

I forgot to ask you *exactly* which day your 2 year

TAE-BO-VERSARY was, so I could wish you a happy one

:o)!!!!!!

Sandie, Tae and Bo who can't wait to see new pics of

:o)!!!!!!
