Guest guest Posted December 5, 2010 Report Share Posted December 5, 2010 Hi Everyone, For today's workout I did 3.2 miles on the TM. I did a walk/run combo. And, for "barre" I did Bernadette Giorigi's Attitude Ballet & Pilates Fusion Workout # 1. Not quite as "painful" (in a good way) as Kathy 's Total Body Lift, but challenging in its own way. TBL really made me sore, so I need to do it again.Tomorrow will be one of Ellen's "cardio" workouts and matwork. I was thinking of doing her Crunch workouts this week, 1st Studio series next week and 2nd Studio series the following week, then it is Xmas week believe it or not, where I think I will just mix things up as I see fit. I'm going to take off some time that week and I'm looking forward to it.
