This morning I did the warmup, cooldown, cardio workout 2 and total body toning workout from this video. I did all these at least once before and I liked them. The 2nd cardio workout is 13 minutes long but has enough intensity (if you put it in) to make it worth the time. The total body toning workout is kind of disappointing. It is all compound moves so it is hard to go heavy but the 5s and 8s I chose seemed too light to get much out of it. It is only 10 minutes long so I'm not sure how much to expect of it anyway! I should know better than to expect a lot out of a 10 minute workout that claims to get your whole body anyway. Biceps were barely touched, triceps were worked well, legs kind of, back yeah. Eh. Oh well, it was still worthwhile. I did something and that's all that matters. Today was extremely stressful (lots of work, lots of driving and I had to give my presentation to my boss, which went extremely well too thankfully) but it felt good to put some of it aside and do any kind of a workout. What I did was 31 minutes worth. Tomorrow, I probably have more time in the morning so I'm contemplating a longer workout. I have no idea what I'm doing, only that I am doing something. Jari Love just popped into my head but with workouts lacking this week I think I'd prefer something more AWT than getting ripped. We'll see what tomorrow brings I guess (I normally like to have it planned but it is too late and I'm too tired at this point).
