I was able to run the Esplanade today at lunch.  I spent a good 15 minutes with the foam roller and stretching in the Sweat Shop afterward so I'm hoping I didn't aggravate Mr. Knee too much!The DOMS from Leg Day haven't hit yet and the thought of running on a machine to Nowhere really depresses me.  I need to be *outside* and feel that my legs are taking me places.

Tomorrow I may go to a free dance class downtown offered by the Polaris dance troupe.  Says it's for all levels... but another side of me wants to sleep in, run (if possible) and do a 2 hour yoga session.  Decisions, decisions.
