Guest guest Posted July 23, 2010 Report Share Posted July 23, 2010 Hi Everyone, Today I did Montenegro Method Endurance Workout # 3. It really wasn't that bad! The first workout on the Endurance DVD is the hardest for me. And, I think this one may have been easier than # 2 also! I warmed up by walking 1/2 mile on the TM, and finished up by walking 1.5 miles on the TM for a total of 2 miles. Then, I did Yoga on the Edge Sunset from Exercise TV. Sara Ivanhoe leads this yoga program and it is very good - nice scenery, music. Nothing unusual in terms of the postures presented, but a nice overall relaxing/stretching practice. I like Sara and enjoyed her Crunch workouts. I'm thinking of adding more yoga in - I'm definately in need of both stress relief and flexibility. A friend of mine offered to get me a guest pass to a live class that she takes - she has been taking yoga for 13 years, she said, and can do a handstand! I'd love to do a handstand!!!
