I can't remember when I last checked in with my workouts, so I'm just going to do a recap for September. I didn't do as much as I would have liked because I was sick for a while and then I went to the beach. Now I'm trying to play catch-up. Anyway, here is what I've done so far this month:

I'm probably not done for today, but I figured I'd go ahead and post while I have a few minutes. Most of these are one's I've either already reviewed, or that I recorded from ESPN 2 several years ago. The really short Flex Magazine and Fitness Beach ones were things that DH recorded for me from the internet. It's a horrible quality video cd, but I didn't have the heart to tell him that. He was trying to be helpful and when he found mini workouts he put them together for me. The Fitness Beach ones are just segments from the old tv show. The Flex Mag ones are apparently from an old show too, with bodybuilders showing their workouts. I modified for any equipment I didn't have, but they would be very advanced if done as is because of the massive amount of weights they were using. Biceps using 50# dumbbells for example--YEAH RIGHT! But it was kinda fun to do a bodybuilding workout, even if it was just in short segments.

Anyway, I'm off to do more homework....UGH! Just a tip, Chemistry, Sociology, Statistics, and World Literature shouldn't be taken together as they all give way too much homework!!!
