Hi ,

The new is a 5 mile walk done at a 12 min mile pace - which I'm finding to be perfect for me intensity-wise w/ .

It is on pre-order at Amazon and is due out Dec 2nd. I may get it for my b'day or xmas. I think Deep Discount will also carry it and they have a 20% off everything sale in Nov/Dec. I'll be the toning workout (w/ the cuff thingy) will show up at Walmart. Her walk away your waistline kit showed up there. I bet the price point will be better at Wally world as well. I'll bet it shows up right after Xmas in time for New Year's resolutions. Right now, is perfect for my cardio days when I don't want ot use the the treadmill or bike. If i put my all into it I can get a decent low impact workout that doesn't bother my back.
