Jen's exercise for Monday 3/3/08 Tonight I played 90 minutes of very competitive co-ed volleyball, I had a GREAT time! After volleyball I walked on my treadmill for 25 mins - 2008 Self Challenge Week 1 Workout 1 Tonight I also did Slim in

6's Burn It Up! for 59 minutes! I used 3 lbs for triceps, 5 lbs for back & shoulders, and 8 lbs for biceps My knees hurt from doing the stationary lunges (basically doing all of those many lunges!) Does anyone have any suggestions for alternative exercises I can do? Right now I am not going down as low but this workout is so long that it still bothers them. Thanks for any suggestions, Jen
