Wow, the group has been busy! Great! I will catch up on posts and

have some reviews to share tomorrow. I just wanted to stop in an

report my workouts.

I have to adjust my schedule for the week, as I am SORE! lol I

thought my plan looked like a bit much when I posted, but wanted to

see how things went before I decided on any changes. I will still be

working out for the same amount of time and days, I just need to

switch some days/focus around.

On Monday, I did upper body + lower body with Yourself Fitness. I

chose 30 minutes for each workout on the " medium " level (more on that

in the review tomorrow), and told Maya (the virtual trainer) that I

had dumbbells and a stability ball. I said I wanted DOMS the other

day - and I sure got my wish! My shoulders and arms are SO sore.

But, not so much in my chest. I think chest flyes and ball push ups

were the only chest exercises. My legs aren't too bad compared to my

shoulders/arms, but I can feel my quads and a bit in my calves, too.

So, a pretty good workout, but I will not be doing upper + lower TWO

more times this week, lol.

Today for the treadmill challenge, I changed my workout video, too.

I read on the Treadmoves videos that there was also weight training,

and plyo moves, and once I watched the intro with my current level of

soreness, I did the Treadmill challengers workout instead! Turns out

it's for runners (I'm not, nor never have been, a runner - or a

jogger, even) but I adjusted my speed for walking. I did end up

doing some jogging, too! Details tomorrow. A very sweaty 40 min of

cardio for me! :) I also did 15 min of " core strength " with Maya.

I don't think I'm going to do this after my other tmill video this

week. I didn't get a lot from it and my other tmill video is

longer. I'll add on some of my own ab work somewhere if I need

to.

Here's the new plan for the week:

Mon - upper body 30 min + lower body 30 min with Maya (done)

Tues - Treadmill challengers 40 min + 15 min core with Maya (done)

Wed - Walking Stong ~60 min (treadmill) - Tracey Staehle

Thurs - lower body 60 min with Maya

Fri - upper body 60 min with Maya

I might switch around Wed and Thurs if my legs feel good tomorrow,

but we'll see. I gotta hit the hot tub to see if I get some relief,

lol. ;) Have a great night all!
