Hi Everyone!

I got my dvds on Saturday!

On Sunday I did: JM:30 day shred-level 1

Monday: JM:30-level 1 and TW: Ab program 1

Tuesday: JM:30-level 1

I haven't done anything yet for today, but the day is young. I wasn't able to start my *intense* rotation because the study load for my summer classes is pretty big, but I do plan on doing it as soon as I adjust to the studying.

I must say that I love JM:30! I was really impressed! I know a review has already been posted so I won't go into imense details. This is the best 20 minute workout I've done in a while.

3 min strength, 2 min cario and 1 min abs x 3

It starts w/ a quick warm up of basic moves (arm cross-overs,windmills, hip circles, knee circles, jumping jacks)

1st strength: push-ups and squats w/ overhead press. repeat

1st cardio: jumping jacks and jump rope, repeat

1st abs: crunch and reverse crunch

2nd strength: back pulls and lunge w/ bicep curls. repeat

2nd cardio: I'll call it strategic running and punches. repeat

2nd abs: oblique crunch both sides

3rd strength: butterflies (modified chest press) and leg/shoulder combo

3rd cardio: Jacks, running, punches, and jump rope

3rd abs: bicycle

Short cool down stretch. just to stretch out the hamstrings.
