- Masters Rotation

Hi!

I'm glad we're on the same " page " on timing! I was

thinking August or September. You're right about

school being out for the summer - I hadn't thought

about that - my DD will be going to Kindergarten in

the fall. I do have her signed up for a few summer

camp sessions at the school she is going to be

attending. I think that will help her break into a

new routine.

I know a group of us often do the Jari Love/Ripped

rotation in September, and I'd hate to miss that - if

we do it again it will be our 3rd year! But I also am

not sure I want to start the Masters in October.

Although we would be done by the end of December and

my holiday motivation issues usually develop over the

" let down " in January. And, it probably would

interfere less with running as we'd be closer to the

" cold time " that way. I was thinking about running as

well - summers here are too hot for it unless you go

early morning or evening, but the fall is really nice

for it.

Take care!
