Guest guest Posted February 22, 2007 Report Share Posted February 22, 2007 Can that be right? I've gained a couple of pounds, but my BF has gone down from 49.1% (it kills me to type that) to 46.6% . I haven't been on BFL (this time) for very long, or very faithfully. Right now I'm on a " 4 day on, 3 day off " kind of schedule. Not intentionally, of course, but PMS has really taken me over the past 10 days. I've also started the creatine, so that may account for the weight gain. Even when I was slimmer, my muscles were always quick to respond to weight training. Don't get me wrong, I love seeing the BF percentage go down, I'm just having a hard time believing that I've gained that much mass in barely a month's time. deb Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
