hi everyone! I haven't posted in a while but I still follow and speak

with ever so often. I thought you ladies would like to see my

progress shots as I started at 214 and plan to hit 114. My ultimate

goal is to compete as a figure competitor this October. I am going to

try to be more active on these boards because this is where I started.

You can find me under Helenesbody4life and you will see my progress

shots. I started as a tight 16 and now wearing 12/10 depending on the

brand. I'm 5'2
