Dear ,

Our generators and saunas come with complete instructions.

Plus, you can email me any time for answers on questions

regarding protocols, the healing crisis, nutrition, etc.

One-stop shopping!

The outside of the tubing can be cleaned with a damp cloth. I

would venture that 99% of owners have never cleaned the outside

of the tubing, because it is not necessary. I have only been asked twice

before about this in nine years.

Best of Health!

Do these generators come with very good instruction books, or do I need to

buy one? I can just picture me at home with this thing and totally in the

dark. I think that doing the ozone sauna at 9 pm might be very relaxing and

help me sleep better!

And then do you clean the outside of the tubing? I can understand how the

ozone would sterilize the inside, but what do you have to do for the

outside? Surely not in the dishwasher. Disposable covers?

Guess I'm just the woman of questions... :)

Thanks Saul.

I'll abate my curiosity and wait a week and see what my doc says!

Saul, ,

I was wondering if, when questioned about cleaning the tubing,

she meant the tubing used for the vaginal or rectal insufflation. They

are always clean internally, because of the ozone, but I rinse them

under a faucet & store them in a jar with dilute peroxide.

And, since asked a question regarding complexity, I'll offer a

testimonial:

No generator manufacturer can supply you with explicit instructions for

medical uses, since the FDA does not recognize ozone as a therapeutic

agent. Doing so would open the seller of the equipment to attack by

various governments. But, it is legal for you to treat YOURSELF any way

you choose! What you buy is a water purifier that is manufactured to the

standards necessary for medical use. Overkill, you might say, for a

water purifier. But, there are people like me who want only the best to

get near my body!

I am on my 3rd Plasmafire generator. I originally bought the smaller one

& traded it up to the larger model 60 when I bought the Saunazone sauna.

My mother took the generator with her when she moved in January, so I

ordered the new Alpha model to replace it.

All of Saul's Plasmafire generators are patently simple. They have a

fitting for oxygen in, ozone out, an on/off switch, a reset button & a

female AC supply plug that uses an ordinary (supplied) computer AC cord.

With the unit comes a regulator, portable tank, tubing & the apparatus I

use for breathing ozone through olive oil. The only things you need that

Saul doesn't send are the olive oil and the oxygen, as pressurized tanks

cannot inexpensively be shipped.

When you unpack it you screw the regulator onto an oxygen tank (yours

after you have it filled or rent one), put clear PVC tubing from

regulator to oxygen IN on generator, plug silicone tubing to ozone OUT &

plug in AC cord, then turn it on. You attach the ozone tube to either a

sauna, tube for insufflation, tube to diffuser stone (supplied) to make

ozonated water, the unit for breathing through oils (add olive oil to

line), or a funnel for " cupping. "

Let the unit warm up, then, you wait 5 minutes for the water, or apply

the funnel for cupping, tube for insufflation, etc. & watch the clock

for the appropriate amount of time. Depending on what you are doing,

there are a few other details, but that should give you an idea of how

simple it is.

His units come with a plastic covered card with the simple instructions

for using the generator & the regulator settings for each use. I

strongly recommend anyone using ozone first read Saul's book, The Story

of Ozone. It will tell the history and usages of ozone. If reading it

doean't make you want an ozone sauna of your own, I'll be surprised!

One last thing I love about Plasmafire generators is that because they

are a true cold plasma generator they do not wear out and they cannot

produce too much ozone for safe human use. Corona discharge generators &

some designs made with hybrid glass tubes can produce a higher potency

of ozone than is safe for humans to use. But, real cold plasma units are

limited by the laws of physics to produce a maximum just below the

maximum safe level for human use. So, it is no-brainer safe!!

Well...

The generators that I have came with what I consider minimal

instructions. However they are simple to use, and ozone therapies

are simple (well, the ones that you'd do at home are simple).

Plus the one manufacturer is willing to answer 'how to'

questions via email.

I think you are thinking of a hot tub/jacuzzi.

One of my nephew's has one of these in his condo,

and he uses it a lot.

I don't find ozonated steam sauna's relaxing - they are too hot.

(But then again, that's the point.)

If I feel that the outside tubing needs to be cleaned,

then I just take a damp piece of paper towel to it.

It isn't getting dirty. It just picks up dust from the air.
