Guest guest
Hey what is going on w/ this list?! This is the quietest it has been since I've joined. I hope it's not going downhill. Come on folks, let's do a Tae-Bo dance or something!! Has anyone thought of new year's resolutions or anything? How about a 21 DC, maybe we should each challenge to make one post a day....lol... Darcy who hasn't been very motivated to workout lately either.... :-<
Guest guest
Darcy, Great idea on challenging to make at least one post a day. I have to admit I've been finding it hard to find the time to post but I'm still reading all most everything that is coming through. I definitely agree with you this is the quietest I've seen this list in a very long time. It must be pretty bad when the mention of being on QVC doesn't even spark some interest in posting. Bev who managed to workout two days in a row for the first time since I got sick 3 1/2 weeks ago, and boy was I feeling it afterwards. Hoping to make that 3 days in a row. Thats if I can manage a workout after work today. But after having a root canal yesterday I'm not sure if its in the cards or not, maybe I can manage an 8-min tape just to get a workout in. How about a 21 DC, maybe we should each challenge to make one post a day....lol... > > Darcy who hasn't been very motivated to workout > lately either.... :-< ===== T otal Commitment to whatever you do. Guest guest
<< I vow to remain active 3 times a week (minimum) until xmas! How about you?? Come on guys... let's all start a challenge! >> I'm with you Janick!! I am going to the gym faithfully twice a week, lifting weights for an hour, so my challenge will be to do a *minimum* of 30 minutes of cardio (Tae Bo, walking/running), at least 3 times a week until Christmas. Then after the first of the year, I'm going to do a 21 day challenge. I need a challenge to get me off my butt and get active again!! - who has one more final and will be done with school for 5 weeks!!!
Guest guest
Joan, That is awesome. Congratulations on your weight loss! There is no better surprise than that. That's why I can't stand the scale (at least for regular usage). If someone weighs themselves everyday, it never seems to budge. It's better to do it only periodically, I think, because its always a better result. Cari > I'm still here, just lurking. Things are busy this time of year, like they are for everyone, I would guess. I am sick and haven't tae- bod in a while. I did have a bright moment today though....I went to the dr. (I'm not as tolerant of being sick as I used to be) and she noticed my weight! According to their records, I've lost 14 lbs. since I saw her in June! She was very impressed. > > Joan > > Time to post Lurkers!! > > > Hey what is going on w/ this list?!
