Act NOW to stop Food Fascism! You have less than 48 hours to act. Here is the letter I sent to my House Reps via http://salsa.democracyinaction.org/o/568/p/dia/action/public/?action_KEY=5395

I oppose including the fake "food safety" (actually "food control") bill, S.510 or any of its language in any Bill before Congress, this year.

S. 510 gives overreaching powers to the FDA, grants them powers that violate due process of law, removes personal choice and responsibility from consumers, and does not advance the causes of food safety. It only consolidates food control in the power of the FDA, without checks and balances.

"No one's life, liberty, or property are safe while the legislature is in session." SO FINISH YOUR BUSINESS AND GO HOME!

Instead of passing this bill, remove our local and natural food production and distribution--as well as our natural health remedies--from Federal FDA control.

Divest the FDA of any authority over our food and supplements!

Health and Food Freedom for food safety is an important issue to me, and

to many millions of Americans, and I will remember your votes come next

election!

Kind regards,

"It was a last-minute change for the legislation, which seemed all but dead Sunday afternoon." This industry-written bill is expected to pass the House next.
