Guest guest Posted August 7, 2010 Report Share Posted August 7, 2010 I tried these on my birhtday hoping for kind of a fun workout, but these didn't do a whole lot for me either  They were okay, and would be a great lighter-ish workout, or great travel workouts because she only uses tubing in Sculpt, and theni n tone she uses tubing and the band. They were two separate 30 minute workouts, but she did repeat a few of the exercises. I was surprised when I checked my burn at the end and I was in the 400's..
