Whatever is said about this vaccine, the truth is it was tested for NO LONGER than five years in the UK. That is not enough time for the vaccine company to have Carte Blanche to say, 'It will prevent cancer'. I brought this up with a Gardasil expert and he had the nerve to say that 'This is true but we know from other vaccines that they give lifelong immunity'. This of course is an outright lie. Secondly, we now know that medical journals DO NOT publish negative results so we the public are not fully informed and nor are the GPs for that matter:-((Just last night a friend of my daughter's was describing the reactions of another friend to Gardasil, how she promptly fainted and 'she's never been right in the head since then'. It has spooked her enough to give the vaccine a miss. There's another vaccine that has been tested 'thoroughly' but

the company had the foresight (smart move commercially!) to test it in children up to 'but not after school' entry. It's the academic performance which is most interesting as it really does reflect the complex workings of the brain. It was the school performance in our case that was really revealing. (At age seven my daughter couldn't add primary numbers together no matter how Sesame Streetish we presented the arithmetic. That's when I personally realized there was something gravely wrong:-(( ) Neverttheless to the ordinary Joe Public, the vaccine had passed testing procedures. FDA approved as they say, so it must be okay.I think all secondary school children should be given a rudimentary course in statistics. They'd be able to shoot holes in a LOT of studies coming out today. There are some basic stat rules which are easy to grasp but which the research authors flout with impunity.--- On
