Hey all ya'll!

 

We're Shain and Tessa Zundel currently living in Central Utah, USA on an acre in the middle of suburbia.  We have four human children under the age of eight that we homechool, lots of chickens and turkeys, bees, a garden, an orchard, a Nubian/La Mancha milker and a Nubian/Nigerian Dwarf doeling that we'll be breeding this fall.  We both grew up in the city, so we're very new to everything and are trying to learn as much as we can, as quickly as we can.  We're trying to become as sustainable as possible and are currently switching over to a more holistic approach to both our human and animal health management practices.  We have loved having our raw milk and consider our goats an important part of our family.  We have also enjoyed making our own cheeses - we're hopeful we'll be fully weaned from boughten dairy products by years end!  Yipee!
