Guest guest
I enjoyed the 1 Minute Workout dvd a lot more today. My attitude was not so great yesterday (didn't want to workout but forced myself to anyway) and I think that influenced it how I felt about it. I did a 16 minute lower body workout today and liked the variety and was more okay with not knowing what was coming up next. So... maybe I'll end up getting this one for myself after all. Will do it a few more times and decide, it is growing on me though. I did 's 3 Mile Walk Slim again today too. Definitely had more energy and enthusiasm and wasn't just hoping to get to the next five minute timer (a countdown clock comes up every 5 minutes for 30 seconds at a time to let you know how much time is left in the workout) or the next mile. That was nice. I'm liking doing cardio and toning in one workout session but could really feel the lower body workout when I started Walk Slim. It took about 10 minutes to get my legs past the fatigued feeling and just do what they know how to do (well mostly, those moving side steps got me again... at least my attitude was better towards them today). Once I did I felt great. I noticed after my shower though that my legs were really tightening up. I went right to Walk Slim without a cooldown or stretch from 1 Minute Workout and then 's stretch is so short that I didn't get enough so I stretched my legs more on my own and now feel better about that too. Tomorrow is a crazy day with work and then a Brownie meeting and a tiny bit of time in between for lunch then it is home to make dinner, get homework done, get the kids to bed and hopefully, relax. I'm planning to do Walk Slim 3 Mile again tomorrow but won't have time for anything else. I'm also hoping to get into reading some of my message backlog today after I do a WW at Work meeting (they're quick so I'll have some time at home before the kids appear). There are now at least 220 I haven't read yet! :-) Off to work!
