Lift later in the day and then tag on some cardio immediately after... for max fat attack. There may be more to the article, but that's what I got out of it and am pondering.... T- Nation has some great articles, but most of the comments following them can be skipped. A lot of the guys use up a lot of space calling each other morons (and much MUCH worse) for asking the questions they ask. Guys.... go figure....
