I thought this was a great article from T-Nation. Here's a link:

Basically, the article states drink a little coffee - do some mild/mod cardio

for 45 minutes

first thing in the am while still in the overnight fast. Lift later in the day

and then tag on

some cardio immediately after... for max fat attack.

There may be more to the article, but that's what I got out of it and am

pondering.... T-

Nation has some great articles, but most of the comments following them can be

skipped. A

lot of the guys use up a lot of space calling each other morons (and much MUCH

worse) for

asking the questions they ask. Guys.... go figure.... ;)
