Hi everyone, I was flipping through a Time magazine (Canadian version)

and noticed an ad for one of those blood glucose readers for

diabetics. But here is what caught my eye: there was a graphic

describing how to keep blood glucose stable throughout the day. It

showed a fist (for the amount of carbs to eat in a meal), a palm (for

how much protein), and the tip of your thumb (for optional fats).

This was a guideline put together by the Canadian Diabetic

Association. Hey, THIS IS BFL!!!!

I have noticed that too, .

I hope the next BFL push is an outreach to the Type 2 diabetics...

we should be on the same team for health and fitness.
